About us

Roes Advisory was started by Aaron Roes in 2023 with the objective to provide a broad range of advisory services to private equity fund managers and portfolio companies.
Directly prior to starting Roes Advisory, he spent over 4.5 years as a key member of the extended management team of a large and rapidly-expanding PE-backed service provider in the healthcare sector. In this capacity, he established and led the group’s legal function encompassing seven jurisdictions, while also executing a variety of M&A transactions as part of the central M&A and Business Development team.
